Tickets are only valid for the date and time purchased and guests will be turned away if they arrive on the wrong date and time should we be at capacity. Please double check you have entered the correct information before submitting your order.

TICKET CHANGE POLICY:
Ticket change requests are subject to $5.00 processing fee. No changes, vouchers, or refunds will be provided for no-show ticket purchases since we are turning away other guests to secure your spot.

You may request to change the date and time of your ticket, pending availability of new date and time. Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Same day change requests will not be honored, 24-hours notice is required. There is no guarantee of availability for changes as you are only guaranteed the date and time you reserved at time of purchase. Additional costs apply for dates with higher ticket prices. No refund or credit is given for changes from dates with higher prices to dates with lower prices.

FORCED CLOSURE / INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
Thistleberry Farm is NOT a rain-or-shine facility. Please check before you come if it has RECENTLY RAINED OR RAIN IS FORECAST for our area.

In the event we are forced to close FOR ANY REASON a ticket voucher towards a future visit will be issued.

REFUND POLICY:
All sales final - NO refunds.

HEALTH RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
We are committed to keeping you healthy and safe; but we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed to a communicable disease like COVID-19 during your visit with us, as there is an inherent risk of exposure in any public facility. We rely on you to do your part to protect yourself and your family too:

1) Stay home if you, or someone in your family/group is sick, have a vulnerable immune system, or are considered at-risk as identified by the CDC - including those who are over the age of 65 or those who have severe underlying medical conditions.
2) Wash and/or sanitize your hands frequently throughout your visit. Upon entry to the park and at some attractions, you may be asked to apply sanitizer before, during, and/or after the experience.
3) Follow social distancing guidelines by maintaining at least 6-feet of physical distance between groups.
4) Minors must have direct parental supervision at all times.
5) For the safety of other guests, our staff and animals, we strongly encourage that you wear a mask while visiting.

We believe each of us has to individually make the decision as to what we feel is right and/or safe for ourselves and our families; and with that decision comes personal responsibility to voluntarily assume and accept all related risks associated with that decision, including the potential risk of exposure to COVID-19.

By entering the facility, you fully acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death, along with other common communicable and zoonotic diseases. Further you fully accept such risks and agree to hold harmless Thistleberry Farm, along with it's owners, staff, volunteers, and any affiliates should any issue, injury, illness or death arise for any reason to yourself, any member of your family, or any member in attendance with you.
